Stephen Bishop earned a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorates from the University of California, Davis in 2005. He earned a Master of Judicial Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2022.
