Born and raised in Las Vegas, his family moved here over years ago. He served as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tem, appeared in the Nevada Appeals Court, the Nevada Supreme Court, the Arizona Appeals Court, the Arizona Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco and other US District Courts in Southern Nevada, Northern Nevada, and Arizona.
