Emily McFarling

Director

Emily is the managing partner of McFarling Law Group. She graduated with a juris doctor from the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She also has an undergraduate degree with A.B. Honors in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. She is licensed in Nevada as a certified family law specialist, with additional licenses to practice law in the States of California, Arizona; and, federally in the District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She has served multiple executive committee roles on and is currently a fellow of the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has participated in cases in the Supreme Court of Nevada, 8 of which disposed as published opinions.
