Tara Newberry is admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada and California; the Supreme Court of the United States of America; United States District Court, Southern District of California; U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. As a trained investigator for the Cincinnati Police Department, she has a unique ability and method for analyzing cases & creating solutions uncommon of most attorneys. She dedicates a significant amount of time to pro-bono work with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and Nevada Legal Services. She is has both law enforcement and civil trial experience.
