Nadin Cutter is well-versed in the fields of personal injury, family law, and business litigation. She attended the Business College and Honors College at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She entered law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law. Ms. Cutter was also President of the Business Law Society. She worked as the District Judge Susan Johnson’s judicial law clerk in the Las Vegas District Court, where she gained expertise in trial advocacy, civil litigation, complex business litigation, and construction defect matters. She also gained valuable divorce and child custody experience when she served as a judicial extern for both District Judges Charles J. Thompson and Cheryl Moss. She has worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to secure visas and a safe house for a group of Chinese acrobats trafficked into Las Vegas and held under improper conditions. She speaks English, German, and Spanish. She is one of the only Nevada-based business and family law attorneys in Las Vegas, NV who speaks German fluently. Las Vegas has been her home since she was 4-years old. She loves the city and participates with many charities here in the Las Vegas valley. She has volunteered for the Shadetree of Las Vegas, the Anti-Defamation League, Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary, Relay for Life, Carefree Senior Living, and Miracle League of Las Vegas. In the Spring of 2012, she flew to Washington D.C. to lobby Congress on anti-bullying initiatives for schools.
