Laurie Trotter has been practicing law in Nevada for more than 20 years in public and private sectors, including serving as a criminal prosecutor in both Douglas County and Carson City. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law, She earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. She also holds a B.A. in Communications from Biola University and an M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College. Immediately following law school, She had the honor of serving as a judicial law clerk for Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice Miriam Shearing, during 2003-2004. She currently is in the State of Nevada’s Fraud Control Unit, prosecuting insurance fraud as a Senior Attorney.
