Crystal Eller was born in Amarillo Texas in 1966 to Robert, a Master Sergeant in the US Air Force and Judy, a real estate agent and bookkeeper. Crystal worked full time studying Criminology in 1990 at Florida State University; and, John Marshall Law School in 1993. She has practiced both civil and criminal law here in Clark County for 26 years. She is a Supreme Court appointed Mediator for the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program and helped countless people save their homes during the real estate crises. She was appointed by the Las Vegas City Council as the first Municipal Court Traffic Commissioner, a judicial position. She gives back to her community on the board of Paradise Ranch a charity working with children with Autism and other disabilities, and by forming her own charity, Justice Ranch providing access to horses for veterans and the under privileged. She is also a mentor at Hope for Prisoners reducing the incidents of former inmates re-offending. She is admitted to practice in Nevada, Colorado, Florida, and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada
