Tracy Hibbetts has been a Las Vegas resident for almost 28 years. Originally an immigrant from Hong Kong, she learned to speak English as her second language at 11 years old. She graduated from Valley High School in 1997. She then attended University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated with a Dual Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology in 2002, while working a full-time job, maintaining an active campus life with her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta, and being an orientation leader for the universi ...
