Karl W. Armstrong, is an Appeals Officer at State of Nevada Department of Administration. He pursued an education at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1985. He went on to the College of Law at the University of Iowa in 1988. He is certified to practice law by the State Bar of Nevada, the U.S. District Court of Nevada, the Court of Appeals, the ninth circuit, and the Illinois State Courts.
