Fikisha Miller attended Howard University in 1998, serving as a Patricia R. Harris Public Service Fellow at the Multi- Door Dispute Resolution Center in Washington, D.C. She then went on to study law at Tulane University, including studying under Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist. Before completing law school, Ms. Miller got her first taste of how the system works when she became a Rule 9 Assistant Deputy Prosecutor for the King County Prosecutor’s Office in Seattle, Washington.
