Once District Court Judge Heidi Almase granted camera access to each and every hearing in perpetuity, District Court Judge Robert Teuton was required to abide by it, or at the very least vacate the order and give Our Nevada Judges, Inc. an opportunity to file a new request. It was unreasonable for Judge Teuton to expect the news media to intuit his personal opinions as to how camera access should work.
